Graduates of May 2024-2025 (All divisions, Arabic and Languages, male students only, born in the first half of the year) are required to go to the Students Affairs Department to collect their file and complete the clearance process between 1st August and 8th August 2024.
Starting from 11th August 2024, the remaining graduates (both male and female) will be handled during the weekdays from Sunday to Wednesday. Thursday will be dedicated to alumni from previous years.
