The college grants academic degrees of Master's and Ph.D. in Business Administration, Accounting Economics, Foreign Trade, Political Science, and Statistics, following the credit hour system since the academic year 2007/2008. The Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Information Systems have been offered since the 2015/2016 academic year at the college's location in Zamalek. In addition, professional programs such as MBA and DBA have been available since the first semester of 2015/2016 at the Zamalek campus.

The college also grants diplomas in Human Resources, Accounting, and Auditing, as well as a diploma, Master's, and Ph.D. in Hospital Management. The Cultural Relations Administration at Helwan University provides opportunities for external scholarships and scientific missions for the assistants of faculty members in the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration to obtain their Ph.D. degrees abroad

The Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration publishes the Scientific Journal for Commercial Research and Studies, a quarterly peer-reviewed journal that regularly publishes research in various business fields, including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Political Science, Statistics, Information Systems, and more

Enhancing the educational process within the framework of graduate studies and research is the ultimate goal of the college agency, and we pray that God grants us all success in achieving this object

The Scientific Journal for Commercial Research and Studies is a peer-reviewed quarterly journal (March - June - September - December) published by the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at Helwan University. It focuses on publishing original research in various business fields, including management, accounting, finance, economics, political science, statistics, information systems, and more. The journal aims to serve researchers and the local, regional, and global community, enriching knowledge in these disciplines.

Requirements for Admission to Graduate Studies

First: Diplomas

(Accounting, Auditing, Human Resources Management Diploma)

Admission Requirements: To be eligible for any of the graduate diplomas, the student code must meet the following documents:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Commerce or its equivalent.
  2. For graduates from non-governmental universities, a personal equivalence certificate from the Supreme Council of Universities must be provided.
  3. Birth certificate with national ID number (original certificate + two copies).
  4. Military service certificate (original or extract).
  5. Four personal photos with the student’s name and the major for graduate studies written on them + a copy of the national ID card.
  6. A certificate of good conduct or a police clearance.
  7. A file for document storage.
  8. Payment of 600 Egyptian pounds upon application, which is non-refundable.
  9. Upon acceptance, the required fees must be paid within two weeks from the start of classes at a minimum and one month at a maximum.

Note: Applications will not be considered unless all required documents are submitted clearly on the online application site.

Second: Master's Degree
Admission Requirements: The following documents must be provided:

1-A bachelor's degree in Commerce or its equivalent + a transcript of four years of grades.
Graduates from non-governmental universities must provide a personal equivalence certificate from the Supreme Council of Universities, provided it is approved by a ministerial decision at one of the universities.
2-Birth certificate with national ID number (original + two copies).
3-Military service certificate (original or extract) for male applicants.
4-A certificate of release or employer approval to attend morning lectures (according to the announced form).
5-Four personal photos with the student’s name and the major for graduate studies written on them + a copy of the national ID card.
6-A certificate of good conduct or a police clearance.
7-A transcript of four years of grades (very important).
8-All documents must be original + two copies of each.
9-Payment of 600 Egyptian pounds upon application, which is non-refundable.
10-Upon acceptance, the required tuition fees must be paid within two weeks from the start of classes at a minimum and one month at a maximum.
11-A file for document storage.
